Veneered Panels
We manufacture bespoke veneered panels to your exact drawings and specifications. Our skilled team can cut, lip or edge veneer and fine sand panels ready for finishing. Whether you require a simple panel or a highly detailed option, we’re confident we can help.
Veneer Layons
Our experienced team can cut and stitch veneers to suit your unique requirements. We can create carefully matched veneer layons, including grain matching across elevations to achieve a high-quality appearance throughout.
Free Issue Materials
If you’d prefer to supply your own groundwork materials, veneers, or both, we are happy to include them in the manufacturing process. This flexibility allows you to maintain complete control over material selection.
Panel Processing
We have advanced plant and machinery available, allowing us to offer a complete panel processing service, including sanding, edge-banding, board cutting and bonding. This process helps to improve lead times for our clients and reduce delays.
Bespoke Groundwork
We can cut, solid lip, and calibrate panels to your specifications. We are able to let solid timber inserts into panels, as well as machining rebates, angled finger pulls and more for high-end projects.
Shapework
We can form and veneer some shaped panels in our vacuum press, particularly bow-fronted doors and drawers, bevelled-edge panels for desks and table tops and curved ends for furniture.
Doors
We can provide half-hour and one-hour fire check veneered door blanks, sized, solid lipped and veneered to your specifications. All of our products can be fine-sanded, ready for polishing, and, for high-volume orders, we are also capable of producing Tambour doors.
